Cameron lead the morning, teaching Year 3 students about how to choose to be kind. He took them on a journey that supports their personal/social growth. It was a fun morning for all.
Gathering our 'Living in Communities' information
We thought we'd explore a new way of collating our information we had gathered at home on 'Living in Communities' by using padlet.com. It was an easy way to transfer our information into a central site for all to see. It was a terrific morning.

Learning how to use Google Maps in Year 3
Mrs Walters visit to Year 3
The other day Year 3 received a visit from Mrs Walters from the Catholic Education Office. She showed us some fantastic ways we can use Google maps to present our work on Living in Communities. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the morning and are now busy incorporating what they have learnt into their presentation. Thanks for your help Mrs Walters. Hopefully you can come again and teach us more soon.
Book Week 2015
This Tuesday, Year 3 walked to Mosman Library to hear from the famous Author R.A Sprat. She is the author of the children's book series 'Friday Barnes' and 'Nanny Piggins'. It was quite an entertaining experience. The students were able to ask a lot of questions about her books and what it is like to be an author.
