Year 3 Carved Crucifix from Bethlehem

Sam and Oscar take great care in holding  the beautiful carved olive wood crucifix that came all the way from  Bethlehem. The crucifixes were given to each class by Mr Campbell at the opening Mass for the school year, on his return from the Holy Land. The crucifix has a special place above  our sacred classroom space.

Welcome to Year 3 for 2015

Welcome to Year Three 2015.

We are looking forward to working with you, as partners, in your child’s education. Please feel free to contact us throughout the year to discuss your child’s development or concerns you may have. Already, we are learning a lot about your child and is proving to be an exciting year ahead.

Thank you to all the parents who attended Tuesday's Year 3 Parent Information Evening. We hope everything was clear and you found it worthwhile.

Please see below our Year 3 Newsletter, for Term 1. We hope this is informative, answering any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact any of the Year 3 teachers to receive clarification or if anything is missing from our newsletter that you need assistance with.

Following the newsletter, we also have a questionnaire we have invited parents to complete. This will be a very useful way of ensuring we learn all about your child, necessary for your child to excel, to the best of their ability. Please take the time to complete this and return it to the class teachers. Upon receiving them we will endeavour to make contact with you to discuss your child.

Let's work together for the benefit of your child in Year 3.

Faithfully

Cathy Curran, Julianne Dewis, David McConachie & Melody Edelman

It was really nice to meet so many lovely parents the other night at the parent night. We are looking forward to a great year. Can't wait to see all the soil and rock samples coming my way tomorrow as part of the Science homework. Sleep well year 3, I'll need all scientists on board tomorrow. Love Mrs Dewis
